Project Overview
The second phase of The Oaks project consisted of 7,400 SF Concrete Block and 9,600 SF of Brick Veneer to the exterior facades of the building. The concrete block work included interior partition walls throughout the parkade as well as rated firewalls and elevator shafts.

Multi Storey Residential Brickwork
The exterior brick work is used on panel sections of the building going up five floors in most areas. Precast sills and precast headers were installed at all opening within the brick panels. The Brick veneer highlights the exterior architecture and creates a beautiful contrast and richness among the other exterior finishes.
